I don't have personal experience but the Sabogae boas (pearl island BCS) are very small as adults. They are thought to be extinct in the wild since none have been found in quite a few years. Even when locals were offered cash for any that we're caught (to see if any were left) no one was able to find any.

You need to be very careful when considering a breeder of this rare locale. The only 2 breeders I know of who received pure specimens from the islands and will offer a copy of the cities paperwork proving their lineage are Vin Russo at Cutting Edge Herp and Rich Ihle at Salmon Boa.

One of our members here, Eddie, user name Wh00h0069 has a pair from Rich. Contact him and he can give you more personal experience info. I plan to get a pair from him as soon as they have babies.
