    Mouse Colors

I would like some feedback on whether these colors are common or special? Sorry the photos aren't very good. Thanks.

Very common. It looks like you have chocolate, and recessive yellow. The second photo could be a c-diluted chocolate or a mock chocolate, but if it has pink eyes then it's dove. The second one in the last photo could be agouti.

    All very common colours.

Recessive yellow can range from bright gold, to vibrant orange, to dark red, to even brown. It depends on the pheomelanin (yellow pigment) modifier genes. It is rare to have a darkly coloured one, and very common to have orange and yellow ones.

How presumptuous of you! Do you think you're the only one around here that can train rodents?
