how do i ever get him to like me

ok so today i tried to handle moe, he really did not have a good time. we has darting away like crazy... how should i easy this meeting. he was so scaried i hate doing it to him... please some advice please

Just be persistant. He'll calm down. Handle daily (of course give 48 hours after feeding to digest) for a few minutes (5-15), and try not to touch his head/neck. I think you should start to see improvement.

I'm currently working with my new blood pythons. The female is pretty decent.. but Meatball (the male) is insane! Not only does he dart forwards, he darts backwards just as fast! He bites too.. be happy you don't get that.

No worries. Ben was a bit jittery when I first got him, and actually struck (from about 5 feet away) and missed me! With 20 min sessions daily he calmed down within 2 weeks. Now I can have him out as long as I want (within reason) and he loves it!

Ya shelby pretty much said it, persistence. Most balls when they are new to a owner or place will be very skiddish, just keep working with him. If you let them stay to their own you may not fix the problem so just stay with him hehe.
