Picky Snake LOL

So Diablo is starting his shed, Saturday was feeding day..

I went to the pet store to grab a Rat Pup they were out... All they had were to big or to small, I grabbed a mouse of the same size

Brought it home thawed it out and attempted to feed him Nope he refused, cuddled with it but refused, Re heated it and dangled it infront of him still nothing, Now keep in mind I haven't had to coax him to eat since getting him most times I just lay it in front of him and bang..

So I thought maybe its because he is starting a shed, He isn't hungry or just not interested.... I know when I have a sunburn I don't care to do anything let alone fill my belly !!

Yesterday when I picked up Aurora I also got some 20 gram Rat Pups, I thawed one out put it in front of him and Bang with out thinking about it !!

So the Mice are finished and its official, once you go Rat you never go back haha

haha i have had a couple picky snakes myself. My newest baby still wont take frozen even after i put it in a bag and in hot water or even heat it up with a blow drier! But when i put a live rat pup in a tub with her, i barely get a chance to set it down before she takes it!
