    Yes, I have seen pure Hog females get to be 7-8' but the norm is around 6'. The 30+ pounds was in regards to Colombians, and my point about the pounds was that boas can get large, strong, muscular and heavy so it's something you need to be prepared for when thinking about a boa that could get larger than expected (ie a Hog female).

    Will you end up with a monster Hog girl? Probably not, but large pure ones are out there.

    So much boa love! You all should get pictures of them, I'd love to see them being silly serpents too. The bigger they are the more adorable things seem!

    I agree, they're fun as babies but you can't beat the big goofballs!
