She will be fine! Make sure she has hides that fit her. Try not to handle until she is eating good. Definately, feed, check, clean your established guy first. Then a good wash and then new guy. Maybe not back to your established guy on same day.

My first ball was a captive hatched import and she was riddled with parasites and infection. She was a tiny little baby too. My vet fixed her up and saved her life. She is now a healthy 9 year old. I wouldn't worry if I were you. There have been much worse cases out there.
