    snakes won't eat

    Hi,
I have 8 snakes who used to eat nicely but most of them stopped like 2 months ago, today for the first time none of them ate (they aren't breeding size yet; most of them are about 450g) .. now I know this is because of winter but my question is as follows: when are they expected to start eating again? and do others have similar issues with feeding problems?
    thank you and best regards

Depends on the animal and it depends on the setup. Sometimes adjusting your husbandry helps the animal resume feeding a little faster.

Generally speaking anything under 800/1000 grams will eat voraciously if kept in optimum conditions. Of course there are exception but they are obviously rare.

If the temps drop if the enclosure is too large creating stress over time, if the animals are handled too often this may lead to refusal.
