Just wondering if anyone has tried, I thought of using like an epoxy or aquarium silicone. Any ideas, things you've tried. All input is appreciated!

Why would you need to seal Melamine? It's already coated
Well possibly because cut melamine is not sealed, and will absorb moisture. The edges of home-made racks won't be sealed.
