If I'm sick can my ball get sick too?
I have like some kind of flu, I have some mucus and phlegms, nothing very serious, but I just wanted to know if my ball python could become infected for some respiratory disease if I handle it.
Thank you very much!

Nope you can't transmit anything to a snake
But you should always wash your hands before and after you handel your snake.

NO you cant get your snake sick but there is a very slight possibility your snake could give you salmonella as most reptiles cary it so like Aaron said make sure to wash up after handeling your snakes

Ditto. No danger to your snake, but if you have the flu, YOUR immune system is obviously compromised, you your risk of salmonella is a little elevated, so be extra careful about washing your hands after holding your snake.
