How do you keep your blood cages heated?

This is for the people, who don't have a specific reptile room. I have one, kind of, but in these cold winter months it's hard to keep the ambient temps anything but 70-75 degrees. I have a small heating fan pointed at the cage that keeps it a decent temp, but it's obviously horrible on my humidity. I keep the humidity where it needs to be with misting and what not, but I want something simpler.

So, do you guys use a UTH? Maybe Heat Panel? I've heard heat panels are good, but I wouldn't know what wattage to get. So, how do you guys do it?

I use flex watt heat tape and it seems to work pretty well with a thermostat. Defentely keep it heated so your blood can shed and eat. Good luck

UTH but going to switch to flexwatt or heatpanel when I upgrade their cages.
