    Bumble bee

When I bought my 2011 bumblebee I was told she maybe a bumblebelly. She is from a citrus pastel x bumblebelly clutch.
    Opinions would be appreciated.
Sorry for the poor quality pics. I will take some better ones tomorrow. She is getting brighter with each shed.
    This is a older pic

    This is more recent

    Thanks

Charge your phone, lol. Do you have any belly shots? How much does she weigh? Has she browned at all?

She hasn't browned at all. She is only 375g (July 2011).
My brother has a clean bumble bee hatchling that is much darker.
I think that may be the citrus pastel rather than the yellowbelly.
Yellowbellys are the one morph is struggle to differentiate between normals.
I'll get some belly shots tomo. I've never seen another bee like her.

    Re: Bumble bee

I apologise for this shot. Its terrible.
It was taken through a v70 tub. But it's the most recent I've got, and it shows her reduced pattern.

Yeah belly shots are the only thing that will let us even throw out a guess if it is a bumble belly their should be checkering along the sides of the belly.

From what I can see I would say no but as I said a belly shot is needed to confirm.

    Re: Bumble bee

I'll get some belly shots posted.
I personally think she might be a citrus bumblebee.
She is nicer looking than alot of bumblebellys I've seen. I've never seen another bumblebee like her in person.

A belly shot would be the only way to know from a photo, it doesn't look like a bumblebelly to me but without the belly shot it's hard to say for sure

    Either way it's a beauty
