Ball Python Shedding Question
Hey all, ive got a quick question about my semi-new ball python. She is a female and I've had her for about a month to a month and a half. she is around 5-7 months of age. In my entire month or so of owning her she has yet to shed once, but she is definitely getting bigger. Ive got a UTH and all temperatures are right. Humidity is around 55-65% at all times. She eats readily once a week and I actually just fed her two mice for the first time 10 minutes ago. Shouldn't she have shed her skin by now? She seems happy and conditions seem right, I thought they shed around once a month? Thanks for the answers guys.

Depends, they grow at different rates. Mine usually shed anywhere from every month to every 3 months. I'm sure she has an impending shed soon, don't be so impatient

My Snake
I was surprised at how long it took mine to shed. I got her as a july hatchling in august and she has only shed twice. Then again she's due for one in a week or two.

My big girl has shed twice in the 5 months I have had her and she's put on almost 600 grams. Don't sweat it
