The "best" morph can only be determined by you, everyone's opinion will vary. If you want the cheapest you could go with a female pastel to make super pastels or a female spider to make bumble bees.

You could get a female Fire and get FireFly's. But a female Pastel (as mentioned earlier) would be the cheapest.

No best animal as others have said, just what you like the best. Using a pastel male, if you can afford a bumble bee female you can make killer bees or get any other double female with pastel in it (lemon blast, pastave, ...) that way you can make the super form of it. You may want to look at getting a different male as well, double males are as cheap as $350 for lemon blast or others with pastels in them. Good luck either way

Nice one There are a number of single gene morph females out there that may qualify as the cheapest, but the best is up to you. No matter what you choose, try and pick nice examples of the morph.

Re: whats the best morph to breed

As others have said a pastel female is going the cheapest option but you want to make sure you get a good one and not just the cheapest female you find. Females tend to go for more than males, but if you are looking for some long term problems you might want to consider a mojave/lesser/butter/enchi/fire/yellow belly. All of those are co-dominate morphs so you could start working on some longer term breeding plans.

You should get some breedable females so you can produce pastels

sell those beauties and then you have more options
