Off feed
Ok i have 2 snakes that went off feed. My lesser stopped feeding at 280g and that was 7 months ago, and is now at only 240g. My pinstripe stopped eating at 800g (6 months ago) and is now at 760g. Ive tried every trick i know. Live and F/T, switching tubs and sizes, brown bag, splitting the skull of the rat. you name it. Anyone have any suggestions? Neither one has lost enough weight for me to be worried i just want them to start eatting again.

I feel ur pain. What I always say to my non eating balls is.... Starve then! It's frustrating, so sometimes you just gotta let it go. Where they on live?

Re: Off feed
There at a good size that if they lose 50 or so grams they will be fine. I wouldn't worry till 100+ grams. I have a girl at 240 grams and hope she eats soon to but if she loses 70 grams I will worry because she's young. Your balls will do fine. Try once a week to feed them for a month, then switch to offering ever two weeks for the duration of there off feed. Eventually they will eat.

Re: Off feed
You can try a live gerbil or rub a rat in some gerbil dirty needing and see if that gets them going.

Re: Off feed
A gerbil is the only thing i havent tried. I can get a gerbil or bedding fairly easy at the local pet shop.

Re: Off feed
someone at a show told me to try heating the f/t after thawed with a hair dryer for approx. 10 seconds to make the sent of the mouse or rat stronger. I'm not going to jump on the wagon and say i will do it every time. However i did try it when my bee was off feed and it did work but i think it was more that he was hungry not the heating of the rodent. but it could be worth a shot
