Red face Burmese Python Cage *Bring out the pics*

I am about to build a cage for the Burmese Python that i am about to get but I don't know where to start, so I am coming to the experts. It will be used as a pet not a breeder so I want to be able to see it all the time. So any pics or how to threads it would be helpful this would be my first Burmese so I want to make sure I build a big enough cage for a full grown. Thank you.

If the animal you're getting is a yearling or smaller I wouldn't put it in the cage it's going to need when it'll be full grown. A small snake and a giant cage can stress the animal. I've had an 8x4 cage for a burmese a long time ago, but i don't have any pics unfortunately. The 8x4 cage seemed to be "about" the right size for an adult. My advice though, would be to start small and work your way up to full grown cage as he/she grows. It will help make the snake feel more secure.
