There are a lot of great breeders out there, I wouldn't say there is a best place to shop. They all have their quirks and their specialties.
As for racks, I like the racks I have from Reptile Basics.
You can easily build your own as well. I built two racks myself out of melamine.

Personally I think you can't go wrong with the big names, be sure to see the snake before buying. There are mojos and there are MOJOS! I do think people have been a little unhelpful in giving the generic "horses for courses" answer, which really need not be said.
Personally I've only bought from Mike Wilbanks, and I'm very happy.
One last thing, did you mean wordwide? because you didn't specify, and as far as I know bp.net is global so it might be a bit presumptuous to assume that others understand that you're speaking of the US necessarily from the thread title.

Actually neither is correct. But at least folks know what you're saying if you say, "I kind of want..." "I kind have want..." doesn't make any sense at all.
It's not a matter of picking on you about slang or careless grammar. It's a matter of WANTING to understand what you're trying to say. You want people to want to understand you, don't you? So try not to be so sensitive when they are simply asking for clarification on bad grammar or offering suggestions on improving your communications skills.

Here is a list of breeders I don't hesitate to buy from:
BRB Reptiles
NERD
SW Reptiles
RC Reptiles
Reptile Rapture - This is a reptile store local to me, but they do breed ball pythons and ship.
Royal Constrictor Designs - Garrick is fairly local to me so I have quite a few from him
CoiledConstrictors - a BP.net member
Jason Weinrich - On fauna as Get Sum
I can't say they are the best but I personally have had great experiences with all of them. There are a lot of breeders that have great reputations and that's what you want to look for. I'm also always adding to my list because as long as someone has what I'm looking for and a decent reputation I will give them a try.
As far as caging goes, it really depends on what you want to spend. I've heard a lot of people say ARS and Freedom Breeder racks are some of the best, but they are also expensive. Ainmal Plastics, Vision, RBI and Boaphile racks are a different style of rack that I have heard good things about as well. If you want to build your own there are lots of tutorials in the DIY section.

I suppose I could have just suggested he do some research before coming here asking questions that have been asked a million times. But then I'm sure he wouldn't have liked that either...
the OP's "slang", incomplete sentences, lower case instead of caps all scream lazy. Kind of like asking for everything to be spoon fed to him instead of doing a little due diligence...
I guess I'm just a meanie...
Lucifer Sam, Siam cat...
Always sitting by your side,
Always by your side...
That cat's something I can't explain...

Yes, you're "terrible"! LOL. Honestly, there is no way to have a right answer on this one. The number of good, reputable breeders today is staggering! Each person will have their list of breeders that they've had success with, and if you compare each on there will be tons of differences. It would be easier to list breeders to avoid, honestly! But there's no need to do that here, the BOI is a good place to start with that (it's not perfect, but it's better than nothing ).
The same goes for the rack systems. There are so many good manufacturers to choose from today! If money is no object, choosing ARS or Freedom Breeder would be a great way to go. If money is, but you still need good quality, Animal Plastics is pretty awesome. They have great customer support and a simple, well built, long lasting product. One of the better racks for the money.

Best breeder to buy from? The one with the snake you like the most. check out the BOI (board of inquiry) section on fauna ( www.faunaclassieds.com ), ive never actually looked in there, but its such a large well known site that you can probably find reviews on just about everyone
