Need help asap rescued boa please read

Not even sure what it is its about 4 feet long looks like a red tail boa but where the tail should be red its black,... it has been in an abandoned building without heat or food for 1+ month its winter in cleveland so night time could be 30 degrees... Tried feeding it live mice and pre killed, wouldn't touch either I think its too weak... it moves around but it sometimes looks like a spider with moderate to severe wobble I just started getting into BPs but know nothing about boas and am still fairly new to snakes in general any help is appreciated sorry if Im posting in an improper section but I'm using a friends computer and am limited on time to collect answers.

Im no expert but I do have a boa, thought i'd reply since no one else has. Boa's tails can vary from red through to almost black so it could still be a red tail boa. If he's four feet i'd have thought it could take at least a small rat maybe try a pk/ft weiner or something prey should be roughly the girth of the snake. I'd offer a big water dish as it could be dehydrated and keep it in a tub with a 88/90 hot spot. Maybe if your feeding pk/ft you could leave the rat in over night and cover up the cage with a towel or something. It might make it feel more secure. Good luck anyway and you're awesome for taking the poor guy in

actually, I posted this a couple time in a hurry. I've had quite a few replies to the other post.
