what is the magpie?
i found this: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...nely-Park-pics and in there, are pictures of a "magpie bee", i was wondering about the magpie gene, i looked at worldofballpythons.com and they have nothing on it, at least not in the morph list, can anyone tell me about them? maybe even have a picture of that gene by itself? thanks in advance

It is unknown/classified at his time. NERD made the magpie and RDR made the flatline. Have not heard of what was bred to make either at this time.

the magpie is a train wreck. it moves like a slinky . i would in fact be stunned if it was still even alive.

these classified morphs make me nervous. The Magpie is a blood pyhton morph. One that is really cool and cutting edge right now. I always worry about inter species breeding being done to create new ball python morphs. Not saying that this is what a magpie BP is, I'm just saying. I don't trust people when "new morphs," emerge out of breeding facilities and the origins are being kept on the down low.

i wouldent worry too much... i think the reasons for being kept on the D/L is just for short term bragging rights.. sooner or later, the origins will come out, if they havent already.
