You're going to love your new Dumerils Boa. I'm very excited for you. Here is a Dumerils Boa Care Sheet. If you have any questions once you get your new baby, I would be happy to answer them for you.

congrats on the purchase. i just got my new dumeril on tuesday and she went into shed on friday so i havent got to hold her too much but what little i have held her she seems to like me lol. i just fed her today too and she's kinda a shy eater, she wouldnt eat while i was standing there but i walked away for like 3 minutes and it was gone, i didnt even get to watch any part of it lol.
i work overnights so since she was dropped off at 5 30 that night all the way until i picked her up i would refresh my package buddy app every 15 minutes to check on her. i was starting to get really anxious when she spent over 5 hrs in kentucky but she arrived right on time and was pretty eager to get outta that box lol. good luck keeping your mind on anything else.

Congrats! I have a couple of young adult dumeril girls I recently acquired from a member here that he just rescued. I have little experience with them and no experience with them as babies but even these rescues are very docile, very tame, gentle animals. Or at least mine are. They're very hardy animals and easy to maintain. They make great first pets, although I know it's not your first.
Do check out Paul's care sheet link. It's a great care sheet to follow (I do) and Paul is great about responding to questions you may have.
Have fun with your new baby. I'm sure you'll enjoy it

I think I saw your post actually, and we may have gotten them from the same breeder. Stephanie Laumeyer?
Just curious, what type of food did she take? Was it PK/FT or live?
And I'm trying to study, but I'm so distracted I'm not getting much done.
