    Do desert females breed?

In considering purchasing a desert female.
Is it true that they are poor breeders?
Has anyone had experience breeding desert females?

I do not have experience, but on a video with NERD, they mentioned that they tend to not get up to size very easily. Even then, I believe they tend to throw a good few slugs. They were just 'unreliable' breeders to my understanding.

    Thanks for that.
I don't think I'm going to take the risk.
It's a shame. Deserts are one of my favourite morphs.
If they were cheaper, I'd take a chance. But not at current prices.

Females get to size and can do so just as fast as other morphs. They just haven't produced viable eggs yet.

Don't you find that strange, considering how long they've been around?

I've "heard" that a couple clutches from desert females have hatched. But even a couple with all the females that should be ready isn't enough to get me to buy one.
