    mice lice...great any advice?

Apparently my wife's rat has lice and I got a real strong feeling my mice might too since the store I got them from gave me a poopy breeder infected with lice. That breeder female is gone and her replacement has been quaritined for the past few days. Any one got advice how to get rid of the lice besides vet. Tight on cash. Marine corporation balls are expensive and mandatory ...in a sense

Iner-on iver mectin spray, 5 parts water to 1 part medication applied in 1 drop doses on each mouse every other day.

If the lice are resistant to iver-on, you can try revolution kitten formula. But it's more expensive by far.

Hot Shot Bed Bug and Flea spray.
If it kills bed bugs, it kills mites...

Been using it for years, great stuff, no mites, ever. Just spray the enclosure, not the mice, keep them quarantined for a couple of weeks, no more mites. Spray every week to keep them gone...
