    First tarantula(s!)

Hey everyone got my a. versi today and boy is it a cutie!!! Here are some pics I posted on my fanpage earlier today.

I also got a curly hair (b. albopilosum) as well just for the heck of it.

They were both eatin when I got them, so cute. The versi had its cricket in its mouth like a little chew toy all the way home and for a while longer:

I got that great enclosure with the versi for free, love local people. We have a great club here as well, I am so excited to go to the thanksgiving get together if I don't have to work!

The bad news about this trip was that I got a flat tire on the way back, and had to shell out almost $300. My dad thankfully paid half of that, lol. Towing back into town and a new tire. Boo!

    And it was snowing! Bah!

Anyway, my next probably pick ups will be a g. pulchra and perhaps an a. purpurea.
There is a local guy here that has a p. metallica preggers, so .... I may be able to get one of those too ....

Enjoy the pics, I know some of you already saw em on fb

Nah I've caught the arachnid. LOL...

Yeah the local club here is awesome. I'm really excited to meet all of the nice people. The guy I got mine from was extremely generous and has a lot in common with my fiance (meteorology and hot peppers, so neat!) so now my fiance has someone to talk to hehe. He is sending us some hot peppers and adult dubias too, yay!

YYYAAAAYYY Jessica! Congrats, they look awesome! Makes me miss my versi, I'm going to get another one very soon I'm so happy for you, I love when they carry the cricket around like a chew toy, my GBB does that haha. Seriously, congrats, it's addictive Just wait till you see the webbing that the versi does, mine was like a house spider on red bull when it came to webbing lol.
