To post pictures, upload them to either this site (Settings --> Gallery Settings - Your Photos & Albums --> Upload Image --> Browse for you image and make sure to set the Category to Members Galleries, then get the direct image link (bottom right when you are looking at the image) copy that into the popup box that appears when you click the image button, next to the envolope) or upload them to photobucket or fliker and then copy the IMG link and paste it into your post OR copy the direct link into the popup box that appears when you click the image button next the envolope.
