Possible pastel. Its pretty tho.
I'd say pastel from the pic, but a close up eye pic sure would help. Edit: a wonderfully REDUCED pattern pastel.

Neat . It looks like a pastel that has some funky pigmentation. Normals will sometimes lose pigment and get light spots. Looks like that's whats going on with this guy.
