A different kind of pancake I make for breakfast and sometimes a snack:

1 banana
rolled oats
cinnamon

Mush up banana in a bowl, and add as much rolled oats as you have to, to make a pancake (i.e: for it to stay together without completely falling apart). Add cinnamon. Fry as usual. Enjoy!

(I also put peanut butter on top of mine when they're done frying, for some added protein)!

Works great with maple syrup too!

Sometimes I just like classic buttermilk pancakes. Sometimes I'll get chocolate chip pancakes. But when i am feeling really indulgent, I'll get red velvet pancakes. This place I go to even serves them with cream cheese frosting

But how can we not they are like pancakes with pockets to hold flavory goodness. My process make one waffle and as soon as it hits the plate fill the holes with creamy peanutbutter. When the next one comes out throw it on top then butter it and put on the maple syrup. My personal favorite.

To prove I can compromise I also really like pecan pancakes.

I like crepes, mostly because I like to call them creeps and I crack myself up. With peaches, booze and whip cream. Yummy
