humidity tip for those having trouble maintaing

I stumbled across a great scenario for humidity - thought i would share it.I keep my young snakes in 25 quart steriltes on aspen with dual hides, on belly heat - I found that ( I believe it's Oscar Meyer brand) deli meat containers work wonderful. At wal mart, they sell several different types of sandwhich meat in a small plastic container - rectangular, about 5 " long by 3 " wide by about 3 " deep. I set them directly on top of the heat pad and they maintain always between 50 - 60 % humidity in my tubs. I have proven this several times with hygrometer. If your having trouble, give it at a try. Hope this helps someone.

Or you can buy cheap sea sponges if misting is too much to do on daily basis.

Sea sponges are natural, non toxic and cane be washed weekly. Get them wet and they stay moist about 2-3 days.
