    AP Cage Shipping

    So I decided to order a cage from AP and its been the 5 weeks that they specified for manufacturing. I understand that it will probably be at least another week before I get it if not even longer. What I want to know from anyone who has purchased an AP product before is if I m going to get an Email from them telling me that my cage has shipped and maybe even a FedEx tracking number. Or is the cage just going to show up one day.

    I have always received an email and tracking number when purchasing from them.

    If you are worried you can always email them and ask for an update I am sure they will have no problem telling you about the status of your order.

    When I ordered from them they responded with an email confirming the item was shipped and gave me the tracking number.

    I also thought that the cage took "too long" to get to my house as I was adding up the days from when it shipped to the day I thought should of been at my house. I sent an email and got one back roughly 30 minutes later saying that the cage will be at my house the next day and it was.

    I thinking was off 1 day, but just knowing that my cage was getting to my house 1 more day was a nice feeling and knowing that it wasn't late made me feel better too.

    Thanks for the replies. As a college student living in an appartment I like to be there for deliveries so I don"t have to deal with the complex office. Especially with snake stuff. so tracking numbers are very nice.

    Don't be afraid to give them a call and ask....They are VERY helpful and friendly people to deal with. I also got an email and tracking number when I ordered through them.

    they are extreamely helpful, i sent em an email last week because it was nearing the 5 weeks and my order got delayed due to material issues, however i am upset as it was suppose to ship as of like monday and its now thursday and i have yet to get an email or anything.. iv debatd on emailing them again i just dont wanna bug em lol its a tough to wait,

    I'm going to shoot them an Email in the morning, I ordered the cage on 08/08/2011 and my last contact with them was 08/15/2011 so that makes tomorrow 5 weeks since I last contacted them and almost 6 weeks since I placed my order. I did find their customer service to be great during the ordering process and the 16 emails that followed.
