*sigh* Have mites
Discovered 5 or so mites on 2 of my snakes tonight. Got everyone off Aspen and onto paper towels. Cleaned out tubs and water bowls.
Ordered PAM. Plan to follow the directions on the can to treat. I think we caught it early. Any advice for until the PAM gets here? I've heard of soaking in water with a touch of Dawn...
*sigh* This is just the perfect end to the perfect week. I seriously think I might sleep through Sept and try again in Oct (after I get rid of the mites of course!).

yes soaking in water and clean clean clean everything super well and don't forget the area around the enclosure up to 3m. when the P-A-M arrive be sure to follow the instructions very very carefully and don't breath the fumes they are bad for you too.

I have said it before Ill say it again all this talk of mites makes me Itchy but I do have a can of PAM just in case
