    Yep, he has a hide. Wouldn't have done him much good to use the dish as a hide though, it was clear plastic and too small for him to fit under.

    I think he must be just playing with me now.....I caught him trying to tip his new dish over about 30 minutes after I first posted my question. Thankfully I had already replaced the dish with a wide bottom ceramic dish. If he tips that one over I give up, lol

    My female BP did this CONSTANTLY. Then I went out and baught a ceramic bowl, never happened again since.
