It could be a sign of dehydration, or a snake about to go into shed. What are your temps/humidity like?
Also, here are some similar posts :

If you type in "eye dent" in the search bar you will find plenty!!
    Hope I could help

Vet is not necessary. Just bump up the humidity like the others said. That's normal if the humidity drops. Sometimes they can even look cracked. This is rare but possible.

my humidity goes up and down throughout the day the low is 51% and high is 63% my cool spot is 80-83 durring day and drops to 79 at night, warm side is 84-87 with a hotspot of 95 and i fed hey last night f/t rat pinky she took is right when it got got within range and she is 2 months old. and also 2 days ago she was on her branch and her belly was deffinatly a little pink its easy to tell cause she is a mojave and she cant burrow cause i have her on zilla green carpet with paper towel over it and i have a humidity hide(as well as 2 other hide one on hotspot and one on coolside) that is on the edge of uth pad that has some damp eco-earth under it. shoud i raise humidity in 60%-70% all the time?
