Best of / Worst of...
I am curious to here your personal experiences from the herp world - what are your best of's and worst of's?
For example:
My best feeder - corn snake (hypo, male)
My worst feeder - ball python (normal, female)
My most ill tempered - carpet python (coastal, male)
Anyone have any particular member of their collection that stands out to them?

Best feeder - Tie. Male amel corn snake, he has always been a bottomless pit, even as a hatchling. Female Irian Jaya carpet python. I tried explaining to her that gluttony is a sin. She didn't listen.
Worst feeder - Another tie. Male garden phase amazon tree boa. Male Candoia carinata-carinata.
Best attitude - Male amel corn snake.
Worst attitude - Another tie. Any amazon tree boa and a young female coastal carpet we had.
Most personality - Any spider ball we've had. Dunno what it is about spiders. They creep me out, but they are hands down the most outgoing and active of all our balls.
Least personality - Female Candoia carinata-carinata.
Most intelligent - Female Irian Jaya carpet python. She is sharp!
Least intelligent - Candoia carinata-carinata.

My best feeder - My boa, has never misssed a meal ever.
My worst feeder - My bumblebee. Although my albino ball isn't too far behind.
My most ill tempered - Fury, my albino Burm, she has her days.
Most docile- my normal ball, isn't head shy at all.

Re: Best of / Worst of...
This is an interesting topic.
Most temperamental: Carlisle the Brazilian rainbow boa
Best feeder: Pyrite the het pied bp
Worst feeder: Luna the het pied bp
Most nervous: Meringue the pastel bp
It's so neat how snakes have such different personalities.

This is fun to hear! Keep 'em coming!
I decided to start this thread after someone outside the herp world asked me how snakes could 'possibly have different personalities.' I am amused to see that is not just my experience that says they do!

Haha, this is fun.
Best Feeder: Lark, snow corn snake. The bottomless pit.

Best Personality: Tie between Briar (normal BP) and LLB (blood python).
Worst Personality: Delphy, albino female BP. Tags so far: one.
Official Derp: Nettles, spider male BP that suffers from retardation. He likes to rub his head against his food repeatedly until he calms enough to strike.
