    I'd say put it back in the incubator and crank the heat up!

    I hope the little guy makes it! He looks awesome from what I can see.

    Thanks everyone as it is very heartbreaking to lose an animal, never mind this was something new and very cool looking. Here are some pics out of the egg for those who wanted to see...
