Have to share...
Ok, I just had to take a second and share this cool shed story. So Cody finally shed last night but I noticed he didn't get an entire body piece. Even though I got his humidity up to 67-69%, he shed in about 4 long pieces but had one small section under his chin and upper neck area that wasn't coming off. There was part of it that was hanging but connected to some that was still attached. So I told my wife to let him be to see if he will get the rest off while I'm at work. I get home and the piece is still there so I decided to do the technique of putting some water in a plastic bowl, put him in it and then take him out and let him slide through a damp rag. Well he sits in the bowl calmly for 30 miniutes and I take him out to let him slide through the damp rag. What was so awesome and the reason I have to share is because he seemed to instinctively know that only the skin under his neck was stuck because he actually pushed down with his head to rub the skin off his neck. He would go so far and I would pick him up and move him back and he would do it again. He kept on doing until he got it all off. It was the coolest thing. I felt like he knew I was helping him out and he knew exactly what we had to do to get that skin off using that damp rag.
I LOVE THIS LITTLE DUDE!!!

Re: Have to share...
Great story! I've had several cranky half shed BPs that I have had to help and as soon as they realize I'm just trying to help they start working with me, not against me. I figure It must feel really good to them to get that old shed off.

Yea, I know it's kinda cheesy but it was really cool and I thought he would give me some trouble and be real head shy but he wasn't.
