New BP owner from Richmond VA
I just decided one day last week that I wanted a snake, after about 2 hours of searching Craigslist I found my first addition to a collection that will grow substantially over the next few months to prepare for the 11-12 season.
He's a little over 3 foot and I couldn't be more happy about having him. He currently lives in a 40 breeder and ill be converting the space into a rack system here pretty soon. I've been into reef tanks for years and I recognize hobbys that can paralyze auxiliary cash flow, it seems as if I've stumbled accross another one If there's anyone in the central Virginia area with morphs or a normal female available please let me know because I've got the itch to expand, lol!

Welcome!
Careful to quarantine new animals while you expand your collection, too many horror stories out there of entire collections being wiped out by adding a snake to the rack without going through a quarantine.

Re: New BP owner from Richmond VA
Thanks for all the welcomes guys. I do have lots of questions but I'm utilizing the search function quite a bit and finding that most if not all of my ?'s have already been answered.
I'm really digging around for a breeder local to me so that I can see first hand how the whole operation is set up and of course get my wallet drained. I have 3 kids so its hard to find time to travel to any of the shows remotely close to central va, but I will make it to one someday...
