    New Breeder with Questions!

Hello everyone I'm new here so hello ! Anyway Ive kept my beautiful lady Bacardi for almost a year now after rescuing her, she was 3 feet long and very skinny. Now shes fat and happy, and all ready for the breeding season ! Im just wondering, since I dont have the genetics of her parents I was told that she is het for pi balled, when I wasn't too sure about anything with pythons. But after much research I think she is!

Im hoping you guys may be able to confirm this for me :]! And where I can get a breeder pi ball male, preferrably homo pi or het for albino! Thank you very much and I look forward to coming around more often, there are some beautiful snakes and cool people here!

Well she has the track marks for pied, but that's not always best way. I would get a pied male and breed them to try and prove her out. best case you get pieds, otherwise you'll produce normals that are 100% het pied. Look up reptile shows in your area and look for a pied male. They cost anywhere from 750-1200. Hope this helps

Yeah I heard that markers dont always tell, but its worth a shot! Thats what I plan on doing, getting a fulled pied male, getting a het male will just be complicated and take way too long to try proving her out.

I live in the Ft Lauderdale area and plan on going to the two reptile shows that are held in West Palm Beach and in Ft Lauderdale this fall. Im pretty excited for it! And I know those snakes are in that price range and I'm more than willing to drop that cash for one ! Thanks for the advice!
