Can my baby ball python get stressed from this
Ok I added to new things to his cage will this cause him to be stressed he comes out and night as always I also didn't want him to be stressed cause tomorrow is feeding day will this stress him out

If you are changing his enclosure greatly it might take a while for him to settle in again, and I wouldn't recommend it, but I believe that if its mainly unchanged maybe just a little something more to fill up the big open spaces you can try feeding him. If he takes it just let him have it, he's fine.

I just added a water bowl and some vines so he should be able to feed tommorow?

I just went to a larger tank, new substrate, new water bowl, and different hides. Mine ate the next day with no hesitation at all.
Can't stop with just one! 
0.2 normal bp's (Crusher and Zoiee)

If your general husbandry especially temps remain the same, and he is willing to eat, I'd say go for it.
