    rats! i cant tell the difference between rats

    ok so i cant tell the difference between rats, rex's , dumbo's , and so on so here are some of my females with there babies anyone have any thoughts

    I have no idea how to tell but those rats are SOOOOO cute! I want one as a pet so badly... I especially love the all white and light brown one.

    I didn't want to say if those rats were berkshire or not, because I cannot see there bellies.

    If they have white on their bellies they're certainly berk, if not, it can be caused by a variety of spotting genes, and spotting gene combinations.

    When I see a solid colored rat with white wrist it's either a Berkshire, English or Irish rat.
    I just tend to call those Berkshires
    Overspotting genes don't cause a solid colored rat to have white wrist

    i cant tell the diff.. the all white one was a feeder from pet store that was little to big so she became one of my best breeders of 14-18 ratties each time always give them 3-4 weeks in between breedin
