    Strange but true!

I came home on break from work to check for eggs yesterday morning only to find out that I had 2 escapees. I have my snakes in a rack system with 41 qt. tubs and the tops are made of 1/2" plastic hardware cloth ( bad choice of construction) and rats have weakened the materal. Right away I look around a little bit and see one craweling across the top. I just left her there because I wasn't sure which one she was and still needed to repair the cages. I had left the tubs part way open so I would remember which ones are out and went back to work. After work I came home to patch up the cages and one of the girls went back into her tub. Needless to say I was shocked as there is lots of hiding places in that room.
