I want to know how safe it is to order online and if it is what websites do you recamend?

There are many reputable breeders who sell online. Just do your research and if you find a breeder/seller online, you can search them on the BOI to get feedback from people who have done business with them in the past.

What I do is look at the ads in kingsnake.com and faunaclassifieds.com and look at the breeders reputation and feedback from buyers. The BOARD OF INQUIRY is in faunaclassifieds, just type the breeders name.

I've had great luck with buying on line. I looked for people that others were positive about. I start by contacting them and ask questions. I would buy from the people who were great at answering questions and sending me updated pictures. If I had a good 'gut feeling' than it was a go. If you have any specific questions than I'm sure that people here would love to help you out.

BHB enterprises is one of the biggest and most reputable. Shipping is $35 for any snake unless it went up. That's relatively cheap because other people usually charge like $50 or more just for shipping.
