    Weight and Older Age

    Hey,

My roommate has an 11 - 12 year old normal ball python. I just weighed the snake (Marvin, because all the alien heads on his body) and he weighed ~1180. Is this a normal weight?

    Thanks,
    Lucas

In my opinion it seems a bit lite. But it depends on the ball python. How often does he get fed?

If you're certain he's a male - that's a nice healthy weight for an adult male.
