Question Help with identifying morph pls

It was said by previous owner to be axanthic (possible het red) and true ghost. Can someone help determine what he is? I hope the camera caught the red in him all over and I know the camera did not catch the rainbow effect off his back. Its gorgeous! Any help you can provide would be awesome. TY in advance!

Hmmm I'd have to say you have a nice normal, not het red and I'm not too familiar with axanthics as they grow up. No ghost in there either! Also looks to be a little thin looking at the tail.

Definitely fatten him/her up Beautiful ball python!

Yep I agree-very thin. That's why he was in the feed tub! He got three small rats yesterday. I knew he wasn't very healthy when I bought him about a week ago and I have to healthy him up.

    Everyone else agree on genetics?

Looks like a normal! No het red axanthic, axanthic or ghost in that ball python unless it is het for ghost or axanthic. Het red axanthic is actually a co-dom despite the name. Those would be pretty much impossible to tell unless you proved it out which is a lot of work.

    Regards,

    B

    I'm going to say normal.

I see no axanthic at all, and no ghost. No het red either.

Sorry I had to agree w/ others on this one. I see a nice normal, but no axanthic, het red nor ghost, and most definitely not a true ghost. Not unless he's a het for axanthic or ghost. That's why its always better to go to a reputable breeder when buying morphs specially the one's w/ subtle traits. Hope weren't lied to on this lil fella.

Looks like a nice wild type ball python

I'd let him pick up the weight gradually, after being skinny and malnourished, cramming food in him is good way to have him regurge, seen that a few times with skinny snakes.

Thanks all! He is 1700 grams now but still looks malnourished with his backbone and body still visibly in a triangle as you could see. I wonder how big he'll be when healthy again. He's very easy to handle, not even head shy and eats well. I'm gonna have to sell him though if he's just a regular. Maybe I'll offer him for free in addition to the purchase of my 100% het pied male. Who knows. I have those two now I need to sell. The het pied I've had for awhile and is very healthy and ready to breed. But I bought a set of visible pieds a few weeks back and so a male het pied is no use anymore.

Anyway thanks all for helping me out and responding so quickly. I really appreciate it.
