Also to the guys with more time in the hobby, how are the eggs looking in the pics in the incubator?
I thought they looked a little dimpled. Is this normal? Humidity is at about 88%-90%

Re: I may be a little late...
It may just be me but they look a tiny bit dry. I would keep tabs on them and if they dimple any more take a paper towel get it wet and wring it all the way out and place that over the eggs... check it every other day to make sure its still SLIGHTLY damp and that would bring them back. I have had that happen to me a few times. Also put a lid on that egg box and that will help keep the moisture in with the eggs.

Yes the top egg is dry. I agree with the papertowel or a damp wash cloth. Cover the top of the box and is that a diy inc or a hova? How does it work? Like I think is see a cup of water is that what dissipates the humidity into the incubator? If so, you might want to do a bigger container or water in the bottom of the inc. Hope this helps.

I was under the impression that the 100% humidity the eggs need is achieved inside the egg box itself, rather than inside the incubator. is that right?
