    Sexing my boa?

So, I got my first RTB yesterday from someone who wasn't comfortable keeping it because it bit him. (Once. Lol. Sissy.)

Anyways, he didn't really know the sex, and I'm curious about it...so is there any good way to make an educated guess by appearance, size, etc? I know it would be far from exact, but a good guess is better than a wild guess. :p

Also...where would I go if I wanted an expert to check the sex? I don't know of breeders in the area, and I definitely don't trust pet stores...would it be very odd and presumptuous of me to see if one of the breeders at the local reptile show would do it?

You can try having a vet do it, but make sure they are experienced at it.
You can also probably get it done at a show, if you talk to some of the breeders. I'm sure if you offered them a few dollars to do it, they might would do it for free.
