    Ball python with weird poop

    Hi,
sorry to start like this but i been trying to find info for over 2 hrs now online and i came across this forum and figured i would ask some pro's
2 hrs ago my 10 yr old ball python pooped, not a big deal i know if it wasn't for the 2nd time he pooped up blood.. the first time it was more like normal poop but with what i assumed half a mouse still in there, 2 hrs ago it was mostly water and what looked like jelly fish substance and blood.. we already went to the vet after the last time and we got meds to give him for parasites.. he lost most of his color and just looks pale now a days... vet said its normal for them to lose color when they feel sick... today he seems to also look a bit dehydrated his temps are good and he has fresh water ever other day.. he is still very sweet not cranky at all doesn't mind being handled just isn't himself... if that makes sense.. i put the poop in a ziplock and will take it to the vet first thing in the morning.. just kinda hoping someone here has dealt with something like this before and maybe knows what it could be... as the last time we were at the vet she wasn't sure what was wrong with him because all he showed was being pale .. very healthy snake she said from what she could see.. the culture she took was normal for snakes too.... im so confused... don't want my lil guy to be in pain or anything so i hope we can get him back on track asap

Hard to say. The vet should know what's happening. How experienced is the vet with snakes?

    not a know it all
but if were giving meds and fed the snakes it possible the meds wiped out the natural enzimes and such causing a only partly digested rodent. the blood could been from the rodent or te snake if the snake it possible that esh sometihng very wrong or a bone end or the nail from rodent scratched the insides on way out.

either way I check with the vet and not handl the snake until can get it checked out.

as for the lsot of color that don't sound right I got a snake here that had surgery and made a mess the first night and he never lost color and such. just was not very happy with having his butt cut on lol..
