Need some help with my uth

I had to move my bp tank to the basement. Ambiant temp down are a bit cooler 71-72. His current uth is a zilla thay came with the 10 gallon basic tropical kit which is hooked up to a ranco thermostat that I bought from reptile basics. Im using aspen shavings on the bottom. I cant get the floor of the hotside up to 90 deg. Any recommendations for a different uth? Seems heat tape is going to be to big for the tank. Its a glass tank.

You can cut heat tape to whatever size you need so it wouldn't be too big. You may need to get two heat pads, or get a space heater if you aren't going to use heat tape.
