Yeah, they will keep pushing it until either they get the money, information they want or until they know you have caught on.

Re: Scam #2?? LOL
Lol! Once I got an offer from the "job" section from a guy who was looking for a house cleaner/maid. He said that his wife was pregnant and that she needed help with house chores like laundry, cleaning, dishes, and such... This is one that I sort of fell for. He made it seem way too good to be true (and it was). High pay, open schedule... He asked for my number, address, if I was married or not, and so forth. Of course, I gave it to him and his reasoning for this was so that he could send me the condo key, he was in Hawaii or something and was moving to SD. He wanted me to have everything ready for them at the condo so that when they came home they didn't have to do anything. Lol! I fell for it but it ended up being BS. Very bad english and tried TOO hard to make it "proper". Can't wait to see what this guy tells you.

Most people probably have no clue that you can't state a preference for race, orientation, or sex when placing a housing ad. That's not something that's taught in school typically so people just assume they can go on out & state a preference. I have heard of CL pulling housing ads for this but its rare.
