Female BPs only lay one clutch per year. Some breeders skip a year with females to rest them and allow them to grow a bit more and some females just don't produce clutches every year.

    Re: how many per year?

Ranges from 4 to 13 or more eggs. It depends on the weight and health of the snake. Heavier the weight yield more eggs.
Noted that heavier means a steady growth and not power feeding it to be fat. It may cause slugs if the snake is fat.

My female of 1700g laid 5 healthy eggs last year.

Oops, I mistaken the topic. Yea, 1 clutch a year. Loses lots of body weight after egg laying. Must start feeding and get it back to size and it takes time
