Heating source needs help !

I put my bps in a rack in my house. The hot spot temp is set to be 92, and the room temp is always 74

Now I am buying more bps, so I need to move the rack to my garage. There is not heat there. I live in CA, so the room temp there will be around 60s. What can I do?

Is there any heat thing I can buy and heat up the room temp in my garage which won't cost too much power.

Garages are not usually known for their heating efficiency. Plus there will be a temperature fluctuation every time the door is opened to pull a car out. I would also look out for carbon monoxide from the car exhausts.

Personally I wouldn't recommend it, but someone may prove me wrong on this one.

The best that I can suggest is to insulate the garage door. You can order a kit like this:

Or you can do it yourself for a little cheaper by buying a couple of sheets of polystyrene insulation, sheet metal screws and some washers. Cut it to fit each section of the door and screw each piece on. A cordless screwdriver or drill will be your friend.
Depending on how big your garage is, you will probably need 1-2 space heaters to keep it warm. I would definitely not move the snakes out there until you have everything up and running and stabilized....

Then again if you're anything of a good builder and have an extra $1k-$2k and if your garage is big enough you could just build a small room inside your garage(like in a corner maybe 8'x8') and insulate it and then heat it with a oil filled space heater(make sure you keep it on the 'low' setting as that takes up the least amount of energy but still heats effectively)...but thats only if all those things match up..
