Milk Snake Scuffed
Last week, one of our milk snakes escaped. He got under the dishwasher and went down a small hole that must have been a little to small for him at his thickest girth and his some of his scales got scuffed a little. Me and my girlfriend are pretty new to owning snakes and don't know what to do with him. All of the other advice we could find was about deeper cuts. We would be grateful for any advice!

It would be helpful if you could post a pic so we could see what's going on? If it's really concerning you all I would recommend taking him to a reptile vet for a check up.

By scuffed, how bad are they? Can you post a pic?

I'll try to get a pic with my cellphone, as it's my only camera right now. He doesn't appear to be bleeding at all, but it looks like a little section of scale on the top of his back (about halfway down his body) got scraped and the scales are a little crazy.
I was going to wipe him down today with a damp paper towel cause he was all sorts of dirty from hiding behind my water heater. (Eek!) I'll get a picture after that and post it. I don't believe I have a local vet that handles reptiles right now. :/ But I'm going to ask around.
