You should get a female het pied if you plan on getting a pied male in the future. Of course assuming if you planned on having a visual pied babies right away. or you can get an albino female, breed to the pied male and then breed those babies back to each other and try to make an albino pied, to bad you cant get a lavander albino, that would be greater!

If your male is going to be a pied, I would go with a female black pastel and spider. With a lot of time (and luck) you'll be sitting on panda pieds, spider pieds, bees, and pewters. Which are all incredibly wicked!

I agree about getting a het pied female, but pumpkin pieds (yellowbelly pied) are pretty cool.

I would (and did!) get a black pastel and a hypo ghost. Then get a spider het hypo male next year. You can make bees, blk bees , honey bees and more spiders right off the bat. And then keep all the babies to make pewters and super pastels and hypo blacks , etc.....The only problem might be finding a black pastel...around here they are pretty scarce. Good Luck

    Re: Two new females

Het pied female if you plan on a pied male in the near future. Also, a pastel, black pastel, or cinny would give you options. As others have already mentioned, mojos, spiders and yellowbellies work in well with the pied gene. I didn't see anyone mention a Pinstripe (forgive me if I missed it)..Pin Pieds are nice looking as well.

Get a cinny het pied or any co-dom het pied female now. Let's say you manage to save up enough for a male pied next year, then maybe one or two years later you could breed him with the female pastel you already have for some pastel het pied babies. If lady luck is with you and you get a male you could then breed this male pastel het pied to the female co-dom het pied you get this weekend and get some amazing pieds.
